DUCT MANIFOLD
Duct Manifolds are made of plastic and operate as the air
distribution box and are installed between main duct and
flexible ducts or between A/C apparatus and flexible ducts.
Twitoplast's Duct Maniflods are right-triangle shaped, with
air inlet at the base, and connections for flexible duct
on the sides of the triangle. Each side can contain 1 to
4 connections of various sizes, from 6”-14” diameter
and a combination between them. The duct connections are
round or oval in Larger sizes, both fit all kind of flexible
ducts.
The internal side of the manifold is covered with a uniqe
material developed by Twitoplast . It is made of polyethylene
foam coated with alumimum sheets that covers all branch
connections. The insulation can be cut according to the
customer needs.
Manifold Extension and Flowing Equalizer
The Manifold Extension is isolated in the inside and located
between the Evaporator and the Duct Manifold. It “centralizes”
the air coming out of the evaporator. The Flowing Equalizer
is located between the Extension and the Duct Manifold and
is balancing the air distribution capacity.

Modular Duct Maniflod
The Modular Duct Manifold is made of two half with various
option of connections . This revolutionary product enable
to drastically reduce the storage space , since both parts
of the Modular Duct Manifold are completing each other according
to the installer needs.
Ellectrically Controled (Flap) Duct Maniflod or manually
operated
The control system of the electricaly operated flap consists
of a motor, transformer, and a electrical dimer . Turning
the electrical dimer knob rotetes the flap form fully open
to fully closed zone A or zone B according to user needs.
The manually – operated control flap can be locked
in one of six positions . one closed positions at either
side and 4 intermediate positions 18º apart.
T Type Duct Manifold
The T Type Duct Manifold is used for better air distribution
for two Zones (Zone A and Zone B). Adapters with various
outlet are connected to the Duct Manifold.
