ADAPTORS
Adaptors are used as connectors between Twitoplast's supply
grilles, or ceiling diffuser and return air grilles on one
side , and to the flexible ducts in the other side .
Large various combinations of adaptors is available, and
includes different sizes and diameters of outlets to fit
flexible ducts from 4''-14''. The connection to the flexible
duct is either round or oval according to the size of the
adaptor.
The various sizes of the adaptors are a derivative of the
various sizes of Twitoplast's grilles and are fit to contain
Opposed Blade Dampers for supply grille or for ceiling diffusers.
Adaptors in angle of 90º as a solution for lack of
space in the ceiling, are also available.
The adaptors are maufactured by injection –molding
and from corrosion-resistant ABS plastic material .
Insulating properties of this material prevent condensation
making it ideally suitable for use with A/C systems that
both cool and heat . ( temp. range 0 ºc to 65ºc
/ 30º to 140º F ) .
Special customer specification are produced by vacuum forming,
as well as adaptors for the indoor units of the existing
A/C.
